“Anyone can be a scientist, if they want it badly enough.” When professor Angie O’Neill says that, she means it. As a graduate student, Angie fell in love with teaching while TAing a course. But her road to becoming a professor was far from over. When she was given to opportunity to teach a summer course at UBC last minute, she seized the opportunity and hasn’t looked back since.
